    This is some helpful info, thanks. Right now I’m focused on achieving ripped six pack abs. It’s my personal objective these days. Do you have any diet tips if the goal is to get a six pack as fast as possible? I’ve been told that egg whites, oatmeal, salmon, blueberries and broccoli are all important to incorporate into my diet. Are there any other foods I should consider working into my diet?

    You make some interesting points…I’d like to know what you would advise in my situation. My goal is to shed about 15 pounds in the next couple of months and finally have six pack abs. But there are so many different “systems” out there and I have no idea which one to trust. Can somebody point me towards a good plan for burning fat and adding solid muscle?
