What is an easy way to lose belly fat in few weeks?
I run the whole lake, and run stairs everyday, but it seems like im not losing weight. I don’t wanna take no diet pills to lose weight cus it not healthy, so what is a healthy way to lose belly fat in 4 weeks??
you cannot spot reduce fat. but a very good way to burn lots of calories is to lift weights. it burns far more than cardio. also make sure you are not eating garbage. the only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume.

Keep exercising, but decrease amount of calories. Odds are you subconciously started eating more when u started exercising. Also, 6 small meals a day other than 3 big ones, and dont eat 3 hours before bed. High protein, complex carbs. Large amounts of simple sugars cause insulin spikes, storage as fat.
Anything more than 3-4 lbs lost a week is unhealthy, and you will be more likely to gain it back.
