hi there,
How to reduce fat belly with out straining the legs?
hmm, by straining you mean high impact exercise?
If you are sort of overweight and cannot do much running in fear that your knees may get damaged, why not cycle, or go on an elliptical trainer.
But the best one i would recommend is swimming, it takes the weight off your body and helps you perform exercise across your whole body, it is a good workout.
or if you cannot afford going to the gym try going for a walk until you build enough strength in your joints for jogs or a run.
I had the same problem, but I got over it once I worked on strengthening the joints with weights and working out regularly. now I can run for 1 hour without getting tired, but I do get light headed after 50min :$
and a quick note, you cannot target fat burn, it all depends on your genetics, if you want a lean body you have to mix cardio, weights and a good diet. (don’t try supplements or pills when you start off, not good at all) Just do the normal eat less (in right quantities), move more and you’ll lose weight

Targetted weight reduction is quite difficult, some peeple would say impossible, but the only diet that definitely worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a limited number of free trials in stock, it was featured in Fox News and CNN. I shed 20 pounds, it definitely does produce success!

To reduce belly fat, or any fat, you must lose decrease your fat percentage overall. It is not possible to spot reduce.
I’m not quite sure what you mean by straining your legs, but if you’re saying that say, running, is hard on your legs or joints, I would suggest swimming. Swimming is an amazing form of cardiovascular exercise, which basically sheds fat.
Food is also a very important component. Be sure that you’re having enough vegetables, lean proteins, grains, and a little bit of fat, while slowly decreasing your intake of trans-fat, excess sugars, and just plain empty calories, such as potato chips. Even if you just eat better, and possibly a little bit less, you will likely lose weight.
Be sure not to eat too little. If you don’t eat enough, your body will go into starvation mode, and store fat, so be sure you’re getting your nutrients.
If you ever want to count calories (which isn’t even really necessary, but it helps), go to http://www.tlbc.ca/blog/index.php/bmr-calculator/ to calculate YOUR calorie needs, because it’s different for everyone.
All in all. Try to be active, eat well, and be patient. Very patient. Remember that good things come to those who wait it out. It’s very true with weight loss. If you rush it, it won’t end well.
If you need more information, or someone to consult further about nutrition, feel free to message me.
I wish you the best =D
EDIT
some people on here may post links to different weight loss products.
DO NOT FALL FOR THEM.
Some ingredients in them may be very harmful, and if not, then the product is either going to mess with your motabulism, or simply do nothing at all.
Be careful.
If you’re somehow convinced to buy one, before you buy it, look in to the ingredients, and research every ingredient, to make sure that it is of absolutely NO harm to you.
Your health should be above all.
