		<description>&lt;b&gt;I can be happy to ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; I can be happy to have 6 pack from the start but this exercise did define my abs a bit more and sometimes even a bit of 8 pack comes out =) but now i started to drink protein shakes and I&#039;m a bit afraid to loose my abs even though I drink 1 protein shake instead of 3 as it was said to me. I&#039;ll probably have to do this exercise twice a day + running and stuff at the gym. I hope that&#039;ll work and that I&#039;ll keep my abs =P</description>
