I’m in pretty good shape. But my thing is abs. I can do at least 200 sit-ups a day and still no six pack. What do I have to do o get them? I’ve heard it involves what you eat has something to do with it. So help me please.
Situps and crunches will get you the six pack. But, remember, if there is a layer of fat over it, no one will be able to see it. So, make sure you do the cardio and other exercises to remove any excess body fat.

400 crunches a day, that’s how many i do, not that i want a 6 pack, i just want to keep my stomach flat.
