		<description>Dont listen to all those people. For abs u got to eat less amount of fatty foods and try eating protein foods. And iam not taking abt protein supplements. 
          For abs if u r not over weight try doing basic crunches in the begining. Then there are lots of exersixes. side ways crunches. Put yr legs straight and push it upwards. There r so many. Its actually difficult to tell u the positions from here.
