well not everyone can have six pack abs but if you want to get them in 2 weeks i suggest you get them airbrushed and that should only take 20 minutes

50 sit-ups when you wake up, 50 midday, and 50 before you go to sleep. It may be hard at first but it will soon get easy. If you feel you need to do more reps, then increase by 10′s. You should have a six pack in no time.

Alright kid, situps are great. They will get you stronger, bigger abs. Problem is if you have too much fat, you won’t SEE your abs. The fat is ontop of them, thus, you only see the fat.
The trick is to eat about 1500 calories a day, losing weight, while still maintaining a healthy diet. Some exercise, and working out, until you get the 2, 4, or 6 pack you want.

The ab machines, ab belts, fat burner pills, and other "ab miracle" products are mostly gimmicks and junk. I think you are putting too short a time-frame on this unless you almost have them already. As others have mentioned a bit depends on your starting point.
1. Before you are able to see abs you have to remove excess belly fat. If you don’t have any then that is a good start but you did not specify that in your question. To do this will require a combination of diet and exercise. Being only 13 if you are a very active person you will have a good metabolism already. However if you aren’t very active you will find it will take awhile to before your metabolism increases.
For diet remove as many sugar foods as you can especially soft drink and lollies. Also drink lots of water, it helps to remove toxins from the body.
2. For exercises crunches and laying on your back doing bicycle exercise is good. Better than just situps alone, but I would suggest to do combination of exercises. You also want to do some cardiovascular exercise like running or aerobic type. This will help you lose weight. Another good thing for that is team sports if you don’t already play any.
Pushups wont help your abs but it is worth doing to help shoulders and chest. It is good to combine them as an extra exercise.
I play soccer several times a week normally and last year I started doing chinups, situps and pushups trying to do the maximum amount I could each time. I also cut back on eating cake, biscuits and coffee and generally thinking about what I was eating a little more than normal. Not any major change.
Through consistently doing that I lost 9kg in 4 months to January this year and greatly improved my fitness. Now I wasn’t exactly fat to start with at 171cm tall and 75kg, I dropped to 66kg. As for Abs, well there is definition but I’m no muscle bound freak. I’m 37 and ran a 2.4km run in 9:33 which was the best I did in 10 years.
So a little can work a lot given time. I have slacked off since then but I have still kept the weight off because my metabolism improved despite not doing even half as much as I was last year.

i knew this was going to happen. im just flailing. i started out with 150 as my goal weight, moved it to 145, then 135. the problem is that im too comfortable at this weight. i still dont have the body i wanted and i really want these last 13-15 lbs off!

you shouldnt only do sit ups , sit ups is only for mid abs the abs main work outs is
1- crunches (upper abs) 60 times a day
2- sit ups (mid abs) 60 times a day
3-leg lift (lower abs) 60 times a day
4- side crunch (to make the whole shape for abs and burn fat) 60 times a day
divide the number of times by 3 and make them as rounds or morning-afternoon-night
eat more nutrians and fruits and vegetables , get the enogh amount of food every day and get more water

If you want a six pack don’t buy any machines they don’t help, don’t diet because you’ll ruin your body. Because of your age I’d suggest doing cardio at least a 5k run each week and different forms of sit-ups and crunches every other day. Remember that muscles only grow at rest so don’t overwork your abs. If you keep this consistent you should have a 6 pack in just over three months not 3 weeks. And I’m speaking from my own experience I did roughly 800 crunches, 50 Russian twists and a twice weekly 5 km run
Ok… Sit ups defiantly help but I felt it only increased the size of my top 2 abs where as crutches and other exercises come handy as I was doing 100-150 sit ups when I was 6 years old and now 13 I do over 200 sit ups and 70 crutches I suggest eating healthy ( lots of carbs ) and raising your metabolism then you should see results . See Brandoncartertv on YouTube he offers great advice and exercises. GOOD LUCK .

I do 200 crunches 30 sit ups and 50 leg lifts a day.I really have 6 packs but a can see it only as 2 and very soft. I lift 2 kg weight. but a still dont have it. please help me.!!
