definitely stay away from sugar.
try not to eat too many carbohydrates. also, make sure you do not starve yourself. not eating can actually make you fatter. so eat a lot of protein like chicken. just watch your food proportions and keep working out!

You need to do shit loads of cardio. It’s the only way to burn off the fat. Just don’t eat much fatty foods or carbs and eat more protein. Also eating more smaller meals help cos for some reason you eat less in 5 small meals than in 3 larger ones.

As for any muscle building with low fat %. You should have about six meals a day all high in protein and carbs. Lean meats is the best to have fish, chicken, steak, beef . . . always have skim milk.
