Exercise daily! this has worked for me. When you do sit ups every day(not strenuous exercise, just 1 hour every day ), you can start seeing the results of your exercise very soon.(depending on your weight of course.)

The secret in getting a six pack is to not just focus on 1 exercises. 2 exercises is ok ex. leg lifts 3-5 sets of 25-40 reps, crunches 3-5 sets of 25-40 reps. but see how many reps is enough for you. 3-5 sets is enough. You will get a six pack in 3 weeks or less if do this routine DAILY! I did get it in 3 weeks!
