I just get more confused
I have been hearing that dairy products are so bad for most of us – and then a whammy comes along!
We should have at least 5 good dairy items in our daily diets to help weight loss and they are
2 glasses of milk
a couple of yoghurts
a lump of good cheddar cheese
Now can someone out there help me to understand this new movement?
